The Florida Conference Innovation XLab (FCILX) “School-Within-A-School” Network, aimed at fostering a culture of innovation in its member schools. It is a component of the FLCOE Innovation which was launched in 2017 to reimagine Adventist Education in the Florida Conference.Utilizing the Personalized Competency-Based Education model, the lab develops a customized/differentiated course based upon the student’s passion/interest.
