The Florida Conference Innovation LabX (FCILX) is a Micro School Network, a “School-Within-A-School” magnet program, operated by the Florida Conference Office of Education. FCILX educates students to serve as leaders in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Utilizing the Personalized Competency-Based Education model, the lab develops a customized/differentiated course based upon the student’s passion/interest.
